Fresno State football announced Thursday additions to its nonconference schedule from 2024 through 2028.
The Bulldogs will open the 2024 season at Michigan in what will be the first matchup with the Wolverines in program history.
Fresno State also announced a home and home series with Sun Belt program Georgia Southern. The Bulldogs will host Georgia Southern to start the 2025 season, and they will make the return trip to Georgia in 2028. These will be the first two games between Fresno State and Georgia Southern.
The 2028 schedule will also see the ‘Dogs in Los Angeles once again to face USC. Fresno State was already scheduled to play at USC in 2022 and 2026. USC leads the all-time series 4-1, including a 31-23 win last season.
