During a talk at the Nixon Library on Wednesday, House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R–Bakersfield) assailed the President Joe Biden’s handling of the withdrawal out of Afghanistan arguing that the Biden administration went far beyond the 2020 Doha Agreement and gave up strategic tools to ensure a safe exit from the 20-year war.
