The Kings County Sheriff’s Office will once again play a role in the Rose Parade.
Driving the news: The sheriff’s office announced Thursday that the Kings County Sheriff’s Posse will ride in the 2024 ROse Parade.

- This will be the 87th year that the posse will ride in parades throughout California.
- Previously, the posse rode in the 2003 and 2012 Rose Parades.
- The Posse has donated around $200,000 to the sheriff’s office.
- The Rose Parade is scheduled for Jan. 1, 2024, in Pasadena.
