A section of Highway 41 will be closed in Kings County for the next five months to undergo resurfacing and repaving.
Driving the news: Caltrans announced Friday that Highway 41 between Nevada Ave. and Quail Ave. will begin on Feb. 26.
- The pavement rehabilitation is expected to take five months and will close both directions on Highway 41.
- Caltrans advises drivers to take a detour using Highway 198 and Interstate 5.
