The charcuterie board phenomenon is striking in Tulare County with a new shop.

Graze Craze, a charcuterie concept specializing in fresh grazing boards and boxes, has opened its first store in Visalia, located at 3833 W. Caldwell Ave., in the WinCo Shopping Center.

Driving the news: The store offers beautifully arranged grazing boards, picnic boxes, and more, crafted by charcuterie experts called Grazologists. The offerings feature fresh fruits and vegetables, gourmet meats and cheeses, artisanal sweets, nuts, and more.

  • The Zamoras, a husband-wife team behind the new Graze Craze location in Visalia, were drawn to the concept’s mantra of “Celebrate Everything” and saw an opportunity to engage the community by bringing people together over beautiful food.
  • The store offers a variety of options, including the popular Gone Grazey board, the Vegegrazian for plant-based eaters, and the Sweet & Grazey for those with a sweet tooth.
  • Graze Craze provides various size options, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Picnic Boxes for snacking to larger board sizes suitable for parties and events.
  • The store is open for pick-up, catering, and free local delivery from Tuesday to Thursday (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.), Friday to Saturday (9 a.m. – 6 p.m.), and Sunday (10 a.m. – 3 p.m.).

What they’re saying: “We’re overjoyed that we get to share something so unique with the Central Valley community,” said Overlin Zamora. “It’s been amazing experiencing people’s reactions when they see and taste the grazing boards for the first time – their smiles are infectious, and we’re proud to create memorable moments for locals.”
