The Harris family, the owners of Harris Ranch, is looking to open two new barbecue locations in Bakersfield.
The big picture: The Harris family told KGET that it plans to open two new spots later this year.
- They have identified a spot in Sully’s on Coffee Rd, which is in the final stages with a tentative opening date set for April.
- There are also plans for a standalone restaurant at the Shoppes at Oaks Business Park.
What they’re saying: “We’re excited about introducing Harris BBQ to Bakersfield and we are eagerly anticipating the opportunity to serve and become an integral part of the community,” a Harris Ranch spokesperson said in an email to KGET.
