The survey accounts for population, number of blood centers and blood drives, number of casket suppliers, homes with basements for sale, and average cloud cover.
It also factors in negative qualities for bloodsuckers, including number of churches, average annual amount of sunshine, and – naturally – the number of garlic festivals.
