Clovis Unified announces end to distance learning for 2021-22 school year

Clovis Unified School District is preparing to bring all of its students back to campus for in-person, five full days per-week instruction.

Clovis Unified School District is preparing to bring all of its students back to campus for in-person, five full days per-week instruction, the district announced in a forum on Thursday.

The district announced that all special education programs would resume in-person services and that – despite varied structures across every school campus during the current school year – all schools would follow a uniform schedule given their level.

The move signals the end of widespread distance learning opportunities for students through their neighborhood schools.

Families interested in continuing distance or online learning will be required to disenroll from their current school and enroll with the district’s Clovis Online School charter school.
