One Central Valley horse is back in Santa Anita on Saturday to defend his title.
Desert Law, owned by Harris Farms, will race in the $100,000 Thor’s Echo Stakes at Santa Anita Park.

Post time is set for approximately 3:30 p.m.
Desert Law – a 6-year-old chestnut gelding – won the six-furlong race last year by 6 ¼ lengths.
Flavien Prat will ride Desert Law for the first time, and Carla Gaines is the trainer.
The last time Desert Law raced was last July at the Grade 1 Bing Crosby Stakes at Del Mar, where he placed second.
Desert Law has won five of his 16 lifetime starts, including four of nine at six furlongs.
