Visalia Republican Women Federated is hosting Turning Point USA founder and CEO Charlie Kirk next week.
The event will take place at the Fox Theatre in downtown Visalia on Aug. 24.

Driving the news: Turning Point USA is a nonprofit that advocates for students to support freedom, free markets and limited government.
- Kirk founded Turning Point USA in 2012 and has hosted debates on college campuses with students.
The big picture: Doors open at the historic Fox Theatre at 6 p.m. while the event kicks off at 7 p.m.
- VIP tickets are also available, which provides early admission at 5 p.m. with a reception in the lobby of the Fox Theatre. VIP ticket holders will meet Kirk, take a picture with him and have complimentary appetizers, wine and beer.
- People can also purchase an Executive VIP ticket, which will include the perks of the regular VIP ticket as well as having a private small group discussion with Kirk for 30 minutes before the event starts.
- Tickets start at $20 and cap out at $45. The VIP tickets cost $250, while the executive VIP tickets run at $500.
