Anyone looking to jet up to Lake Tahoe or Reno can do so at a cheap price, for a limited time only.

After recently announcing new routes from Fresno and Bakersfield to Reno-Tahoe International Airport, aha! Airlines – part of ExpressJet Airlines – has placed those tickets on sale for $19 one-way through Sunday.

Flights to Reno-Tahoe from Fresno Yosemite International Airport will first take off on Nov. 10.

On the other hand, the route out of Kern County’s Meadows Field Airport will kick off on Oct. 25.

Six other cities across the west coast, including three others in California, will have an opportunity to fly to Reno-Tahoe at the same price.

ExpressJet’s new Reno-Tahoe service comes in an effort to corner the market for regional flyers, Tim Sieber, the business head of aha! Airlines, previously told The Sun.

“What really attracts us to Reno-Tahoe is it’s two destinations in one,” Sieber said.
It’s a gaming resort market and there’s also a ski market. We almost feel like we’re serving two destinations in a single flight.”
