Tequila Fest, one of the largest Tequila festivals in California, is headed to downtown Fresno in May.

The Fresno Grizzlies announced Tuesday that Chukchansi Park will host Tequila Fest on May 20 with a lineup of popular rappers.

Driving the news: Rappers T.I., Rick Ross and Lil John will headline Tequila Fest and be joined by multiple local acts.

  • Along with a variety of tequila tastings, the festival will also have various food trucks and vendors.
  • Tickets start at $75, and an exclusive VIP Tequila Lounge experience will be offered for $150, which features a private bar and exclusive space at the festival.

What they’re saying: “Our entire organization is extremely excited to bring this unique event to downtown Fresno in May,” said Derek Franks, president of the Fresno Grizzlies. “It is rare to have a musical lineup of this caliber at any event and, once you include all the great food, drinks, and vendors, I fully expect tickets to go extremely fast.”
