On the second day of the Paris Olympics, former Bullard High School graduate Lynn Williams scored a goal in the U.S. Women’s national soccer team against Germany.
Driving the news: Williams’ goal was the last of four goals scored against Germany, resulting in a 4-1 win for the U.S. team in group play.
- The other three goals were scored by Mallory Swanson and two from Sophia Smith.
- Williams and the U.S. team will play against Australia on Wednesday to conclude group play.
