Michael Leach, the Biden Administration’s diversity chief, is leaving the White House after three years.
Leach was the first-ever person to serve as the chief diversity and inclusion officer.

- Leach was a top aide to Biden during his presidential campaign and previously worked in the NFL for 10 years in labor relations and as an assistant head coach for the Chicago Bears.
