PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the State of California, by and through the Department of Water Resources, has petitioned the court for an order seeking pre-condemnation entries on various parcels of real property in the County of San Joaquin for the purpose of conducting geotechnical drilling activities, soil borings and Cone Penetrometer Tests, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1245.010 et seq. 

The affected parcels of real property are located in the County of San Joaquin and are identified as Assessor Parcel Numbers (APN) 011-040-020-000, 011-040-030-000, 011-040-040-000, 011-040-050-000, 025-080-020-000, 025-080-030-000, 025-100-020-000, 129-200-070-0000, 071-080-480-000, 071-080-530-000, 071-080-540-000, 129-200-420-000, and 001-050-070-000. 

Any person or entity having a documented interest in the subsurface mineral rights of the parcels identified above is invited to appear before the court and be heard. If you have a documented subsurface mineral interest in the above parcels, you should appear at the hearing and state your opposition or file written opposition with the court before the hearing. Your appearance may be in person or by attorney.
