New manager named to Tulare County Economic Development office

The Economic Development Office is bringing in someone who already has experience in the public sector.

The Tulare County Resource Management Agency Economic Development Office has a new leader. 

Alida Verduzco Silva was announced as the new Economic Development Manager on Monday. 


The big picture: Verduzco Silva brings a wealth of professional experience in the public sector and healthcare industry. 

  • She has worked for the City of Porterville as well as in marketing for Adventist Health. 

What they’re saying: “We are confident that Alida’s collaborative spirit and expertise will be a valuable asset to the RMA team,” said Associated Director of the RMA Michael Washam. “Her experience working within Tulare County and the greater Central Valley region, coupled with her understanding of the economic landscape, positions her very well to contribute to the continued success of our region.”
