Hoover High School students exploring a career in finance have a new scholarship opportunity.
Fresno Unified School District announced Friday that FFB – formerly Fresno First Bank – will award a $5,000 scholarship to one student.
The big picture: FFB will give $5,000 to a Hoover High School student who has a strong interest in business finance and has exceptional academic and leadership qualities.
- Students can apply on the Foundation for Fresno Unified Schools website.
What they’re saying: “We are grateful to FFB for initiating this new scholarship for Hoover students. We know that there are many businesses and organizations in the Fresno area and beyond who are ready and able to support our students, and we look forward to growing those connections and helping our community make an impact on our region’s future leaders,” said Wendy McCulley, Chief of Engagement and External Partnerships.
