Pearson Real Estate is expanding its footprint in the south Valley.
Fresno’s largest commercial real estate brokerage announced Thursday that it is merging with Tulare County brokerage Zeeb Commercial Real Estate.
The big picture: Zeeb, which was founded in 1986, will join up with Pearson Realty, Newmark Pearson Commercial and Retail California.
- Zeeb currently operates in Visalia and throughout Tulare County.
- Pearson was founded in 1919 and already has an office in Visalia to go along with its three brokerages in Fresno.
- The terms of the merger were not disclosed.
Zoom out: Pearson’s merger with Zeeb is the second major brokerage merger this year in the Fresno area, albeit this time for commercial brokerages.
- Earlier this year Realty Concepts bought out Guarantee Real Estate to form one of the largest brokerages in the area.
What they’re saying: “Integrating Zeeb Commercial Real Estate into Pearson Companies aligns with our vision to strengthen our market presence and expand our service offerings across Central California,” said Pearson CEO Peter Orlando. “This merger allows us to delve deeper into the South Valley market, where Zeeb’s strong presence will be invaluable.”
