Lemoore’s Blair pleads not guilty on domestic violence counts

The Lemoore City Councilwoman was arraigned on Tuesday morning in Kings County Superior Court related to a domestic violence arrest.

Holly Blair, the Lemoore City Councilwoman, pleaded not guilty to four counts related to a domestic violence incident during a Tuesday morning arraignment in Kings County Superior Court.

The Kings County District Attorney charged Blair with attempted criminal threats, dissuading a witness, domestic battery and violation of a protective order.

Blair is also facing seven criminal counts related to a June high-speed chase across Lemoore.
