Cardboard cutouts to take over Bulldog Stadium

While you can’t watch Fresno State football in the flesh, you can have a cardboard cutout of yourself in the stands to support the Bulldogs.

You won’t be allowed to watch Fresno State football in the flesh, but you can have a cardboard cutout of yourself sit in the stands to support the Bulldogs.

Fresno State joined the other sports teams across the country who are not allowed to have fans present due to the COVID-19 pandemic by offering the ability for fans to purchase cardboard cutouts to be placed throughout the stadium.

The university announced the starting price for a single fan cutout is $60, with three other options to support the student-athletes ranging up to $2,000.

The deadline to order the cutout for the season-opener against Hawaii on Oct. 24 is Oct. 16 at 5 p.m., and the proceeds will go toward initiatives that are focused on student-athlete development and nutrition.

Here are the four tiers:

  • Individual cutout, $60: One cutout and $30 is tax deductible.
  • Blue Level, $400: Four cutouts, and the money provides one meal for 15 student-athletes – $280 is tax deductible.
  • White Level, $1,000: Eight cutouts, and the money provides one meal for 40 student-athletes – $760 is tax deductible.
  • Red Wave Level. $2,000: Includes 12 cutouts, and the money provides one meal for 90 student-athletes – $1,640 is tax deductible.

Cutouts can be purchased at gobulldogs.com/cutouts.
