Suspects arrested after stabbing at Hard Rock Tejon 

The stabbing took place at the new casino in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Three people were arrested in Kern County after a stabbing at Hard Rock Casino Tejon. 

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrests on Monday. 

Driving the news: Deputies responded to a report of multiple people fighting at the Hard Rock Casino early Sunday morning. 

  • Deputies located a stabbing victim when they arrived and learned that the suspects had fled the scene. 
  • The victim suffered a moderate injury and was treated at a local hospital. 

The big picture: The Sheriff’s Office executed two search warrants in Shafter hours after the incident. 

  • They executed the warrants in the 300 block of Walnut St. and the 200 block of W Tulare Ave. 
  • Deputies arrested Miguel Valladolid, 40, Juan Cueto, 37, and Christina Cueto, 36. 
  • Valladolid was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy. Juan Cueto and Christina Cueto were both charged with conspiracy.
